Thank you very much for the great service your helpful staff provided. Unfortunately, we had some initial issues with our window, but they were dealt with promptly and correctly. As they say, it is when things do not go as planned that the men distinguish themselves from the boys. Well, Lux Windows certainly came through for us! We would definitely choose your product and services again.

The whole team at Lux, from the retail side to the installation coordinators, and especially the installers themselves, have completely blown me away—they went above and beyond! My windows were just installed and they look great! They carefully removed my old windows and then vacuumed all of the dust and debris. They even shoveled my sidewalk for me! I would gladly recommend Lux Windows to your future customers.
