STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS
  1. Initial customer inquiry
  2. In-home consultation
  3. Assessment of all windows and doors being replaced
  4. Friendly advice on products available to suit any home and budget
  5. Estimate is provided
THE ORDER
  1. Initial 50% deposit required upon approval of order
  2. Lux will take measurements of each door and window being replaced
  3. Products are manufactured locally according to specifications
THE INSTALLATION
  1. Convenient installation date and time is scheduled with homeowner
  2. Care and attention is given to performing all work quickly and efficiently
  3. Homeowner is consulted if any hidden damage is found
  4. Old windows and doors are removed from site
  5. Work areas are swept and debris removed
