Warranty
Lux has an industry leading 25 year warranty on all products purchased after October 31, 2006 and a 5 year warranty on installation related labour and materials.
Insulating Glass Warranty
Lux Windows and Glass Ltd. as manufacturer warrants all insulating glass supplied to the original consumer, or its authorized dealers, from failure of air seal due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 25 years from date of purchase.
Frame & Sash Warranty
Aluminum Clad & Wood
Lux Windows will provide a 25 year warranty on all Extruded Aluminum products against defect in materials or workmanship. Limited warranty excludes normal fading or slight colour variations of exterior colours due to exposure to weather.
PVC
Lux will provide a 25 year warranty to the original consumer on all PVC components against defect in materials or workmanship. Warranty excludes normal fading or slight colour variations of exterior colours due to exposure to weather.
Hardware Warranty
Lux Windows offers a warranty to the original consumer against defect or error in workmanship. Replacement of defective hardware will be supplied free of charge for 5 years after date of purchase.
Steel Insulated & Fiberglass Door Warranty
Lux Windows and Glass Ltd. will provide a limited warranty to the original consumer on steel insulated and fiberglass doors against warping or delamination for a period of 10 years from the date of installation provided the door has not been altered in size, and proper installation techniques were utilized.
