Position: Customer Service   Job Summary:  Provide support to internal and external customers resolving any product issues. Major Duties: 

• Assist Inside sales obtaining parts and supplies for customers.
• Rework defective, incorrect manufactured windows for customers and liaise with shipping to arrange delivery.
• Identify if service returns should be discarded or returned to suppliers.  Liaise with purchasing to have defective items returned for credit or replacement.
• Track and expedite all backorders.
• Get service items staged.
• Maintain bone yard cleanliness working with shipping and receiving, coordinate deliveries to Habitat.
• Schedule trucks and forklifts for service.
• Maintain Safety Team Leadership
• Assist shipping as required.

• Thorough product and part knowledge.
• Basic PVC and Metal Clad window fabrication details.
• Paradigm, Internal Access database and basic computer proficiency.

• Positive attitude
• Excellent customer service communication
• Has strong problem solving skills
• Strong team player with the ability to work with all levels of the organization

  Liaises with:  General Manager, Operations Manager, Scheduler, Shipping, Purchasing, Customers, Internal Sales Staff, and equipment maintenance contractors.
