Introducing a premium jamb extension, constructed of solid PVC and boasting a smooth non textured surface. Composite jamb extension is maintenance free and extremely durable. Intended to extend the interior window depth up to 13 1/2"; the most common application is for ICF homes and concrete basements where the interior frost wall creates a broad jamb size.
Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF)
ICF homes are insulated building blocks with spaces that are filled with concrete; designed to increase the energy efficiency of a home. The window jambs of ICF homes are quite thick; making tradition PVC jamb extension methods unable to achieve the desired jamb depth without joints or ridges.
