Now, with the introduction of the Government of Canada's new Canada Greener Homes Grant, , qualified homeowners can receive up to $5,000 in rebates towards the purchase and installation of new Lux windows and doors, and up to $600 towards energy assessments by certified evaluators.
So how do you get started? Follow three simple steps and you’ll be on your way.
STEP 1
Register and book your EnerGuide home evaluation
If you’ve read the requirements and are eligible for the program, register for the Canada Greener Homes Program. By registering and linking to a preferred sign-in partner, the rebate funds will be deposited directly to your chosen account once your renovations are completed and approved.
As part of the registration process, you will book the first of two EnerGuide evaluations with a qualified energy advisor.* Once you choose your preferred service organization and request your evaluation, they will contact you to arrange an appointment to assess your home and advise on your upgrade options before renovations can begin.

STEP 2
Renovate your home with new Lux windows and doors
If your home evaluation recommends windows and/or doors, Lux is the right choice to install new locally-crafted energy-efficient ENERGY STAR® windows and doors in your home.
Simply contact us to arrange a free estimate for qualifying Lux products.
STEP 3
Receive your reimbursement
Once your new windows and/or doors are installed, it’s time to book your second EnerGuide evaluation. Once you’ve provided proof of your renovations, you will receive your reimbursement when the grant funds are deposited directly into your chosen account by the Canada Greener Homes Grant program.
