Virtual meetings can be arranged through FaceTime, Skype, Zoom (or whichever online service you prefer) where we can explain our product options and plan your installation.

Our team can drive by your home to conduct a curb-side estimate; or alternately, you can provide us with photos of your existing windows and doors, both inside and outside your home.

Placing Your Order

Once your new windows and doors have been selected, your order can be placed in-person or over the phone with the help of our sales team.

All contracts and documents can be signed in-person or virtually, and securely paid for in-person or via telephone.
Your Installation or Service Visit
When your windows or doors are ready for installation (or if we’re servicing your existing windows or doors), we’ll contact you to conduct a brief safety screening before our crew enters your home. If for any reason it’s not the right time to proceed, no problem – we can simply reschedule for a later date.

Our team will wear gloves and masks, and will practice social distancing while on-site at your home.

Crews are supplied with disinfectant spray (70% isopropyl alcohol) to wipe down all Lux window or door surfaces.

Every surface of your home that we come in contact with will be cleaned before, during and after installation.
